The staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Biggest thing was that they helped fill out the paperwork for us to ship our luggage to the next location. It was seamless. They also spoke fluent English, which also made us feel at ease when we had questions. The room itself was modern and had a chill anesthetic, bed was comfy, network was pretty strong, shower pressure was perfect. We had the deluxe standard and it was just fine overall. It was your standard japanese room size, so if you go in knowing that you won't be disappointed. We had 2 carry on luggage and was only really able to open one, so gotta be strategic on that. The restaurant located on the first floor was linked to the hotel, so breakfast was served there. It was great and worth the additional cost. It is generally an Italian restaurant, but we didn't take advantage of it. However, like the hotel it had a very chill and nice vibe. Location was just a short block away from the main Akihabara street, which was cool. The closest convenient store was at less than a 3 min walk. It was also close to the stations, approximately 5-8 mins away depending. We would stay here again in the future.

Location, location, location! If you happen to be in Akihabara for merchandise and shopping purposes as we were (short 1.5 day "layover"), it is important to have a base nearby to quickly offload your haul and get back out there for some more! That is what Nohga Hotel Akihabara will provide for you. Located a right between major shopping destinations (Don Quixote, Animate, Akiba Zone, Mandarake), the location of this hotel can't be beat for making a quick trip to hit up all the shops in Akiba. Rooms were a decent size (we had room to open both a 28" full size luggage and a smaller 22" carry on size). The entire hotel has a retro audiophile theme, which was pretty unique. The first floor is an Italian restaurant with a bar, which the staff were very nice to offer a drink voucher for when we checked in. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at Nohga Hotel Akihabara and enjoyed its proximity to shopping.

This hotel is a rare find. I booked it before the location looks good to me. It's close to Suehirocho station (3min walk) on Ginza line which could take you to Ginza and Shibuya area. It's also close to Akihabara station (7min walk) where you could take Yamanote line to literally everywhere. Their restaurant on the first floor is purely amazing. I enjoyed their food a lot. We had a room with queen bed. I did my research and it's real American queen bed and it's very comfy. This hotel collaborates with local stores for their robes, towels, drinkwares, and amenity products. You could buy them in their lobby and I love their hair shampoo so much! They also make some booklets about the surrounding neighborhoods. We found so good restaurants and shops from them and that's so useful! Their blind curtain is a real blind curtain that 100% block the light. I love this hotel so much!

There was a lot of attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully equipt and the toiletries were devine, as was the bathroom / shower. It was such a lush place to come back to after exploring Tokyo. The bar was great - the restaurant was great. It actually seemed like a place where a lot of young japanese people were hanging out - to me this is a good sign. The staff were so helpful. They didn't have coffee making facilities in the room - but I went down every morning and asked for a coffee and they made one for me - not for free - but it was great that it was so easy, given I love a coffee first thing in the morning. I loved as well that there were places to sit in the hotel where the outlook was lush - green trees and lovely deck etc. I just loved it. The area was also actually pretty cool in terms of things to do that are very quintessentially Japanese.

This is a wonderful hotel and one we will be returning to every time we travel to Tokyo. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with enough room to open a pack and play for my little one as well as for us to have our luggage unpacked. The bed was large and comfortable for two. The shower was wonderful with a large rain shower head and a handheld shower, and both had perfect strong pressure. The toiletries are available in the lobby and SO nicely made, we loved the comb and ended up bringing it with us to use throughout the rest of our travels. The shampoo and soap smells amazing. And the restaurant/bar at the ground floor was amazing!!!
